Description

It has been furnished to a very high standard and with some nice touches gives it a lovely home from home feeling. There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The main living area is open plan with a large leather corner sofa, coffee table and large flat screen Smart TV which has free to air terrestrial channels provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is a dining table and four chairs.
The bedroom has a king-size (5ft) bed and ample wardrobe storage space.
The bathroom has a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space right outside the main entrance to the building.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
The Waterfront area is iconic and is what makes Ipswich 'East Anglia's Waterfront Town'. This vibrant area of the town is alive with restaurants, cafes and bars; all perched on the water’s edge. A great place day and night; watch world-class dance at DanceEast, hop on an Orwell River cruise or simply soak up the atmosphere with a stroll along the quayside.
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.

The 'air conditioning' is a building wide 'air flow' system, to ensure that even when window aren't opened, the building remains 'healthy' in terms of air quality. If we had been made aware of a noise issue related to this, we would have responded - there are some controls in the apartment that can be adjusted. The bathroom light is simply a movement sensor one - when it detects movement, it comes on. With regard to the cleanliness score, this is highly unusual for us. We employ our own team, to ensure consistent standards, not third party contractors. If any issues had been highlighted to us at the time, we would have responded immediately. |

Very nice flat. Was still mostly under lockdown when I stayed - family emergency - but should be better now everything is opened up again.

It is from a guest who decided it would be fine for them to allow cigarettes to be smoked in our apartment, so we terminated their stay with immediate effect, and with no refund.
