Description

The apartment has huge amounts of natural light and benefits from a large terrace and wrap around balcony off the living area, as well as further two balconies on the lower floor - so there is plenty of outdoor space from which to soak up the fabulous views.
It has been furnished to a very high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The 'upstairs' living space is open plan with a comfy three-seater sofa plus chair and large flat screen Smart TV with free to air terrestrial channels provided and the facility for you to view your own streaming content. The kitchen is off the main lounge area where there is also a breakfast bar with two comfortable bar 'chairs'. The main access to the terrace is just outside the lounge area, the top of the internal staircase, and has dining table and chairs for six people and views overlooking picturesque Ipswich Marina.
The master bedroom has a kingsize (5ft) bed, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, drawer units and a desk/dressing table with stool. There is an ensuite shower room with toilet, basin and heated towel rail. This bedroom has a balcony overlooking the waterfront and blackout curtains to the dual aspect windows.
The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lamps, drawer unit and hanging rail, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom has two twin beds, bedside unit and lamp, wardrobe and drawer units, and blackout curtains.
The main family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one parking space in the secure 'stacker system' car park. Please note that this is only suitable for 'normal' vehicles up to the size of a Range Rover or similar. Long Wheel Base vehicles or those over 1.8m in height will need to make their own parking arrangements.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
The Waterfront area is iconic and is what makes Ipswich 'East Anglia's Waterfront Town'. This vibrant area of the town is alive with restaurants, cafes and bars; all perched on the water’s edge. A great place day and night; watch world-class dance at DanceEast, hop on an Orwell River cruise or simply soak up the atmosphere with a stroll along the quayside.
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.

This property is of a very high spec. with fantastic views of Ipswich Marina and beyond. The first floor space is plentiful with large bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample storage. The upstairs area met our needs perfectly and is certainly a haven of pesee more

The upstairs area met our needs perfectly and is certainly a haven of peace, although I guess when initially designed could have been made slightly larger. The car parking system is certainly unique, but as such is very secure. As always Martin and his team were organised, very communicative and had everything arranged for our stay. We would certainly book this apartment again. :)

As a very minor point an apartment of this standard could have a dishwasher, although for us it created a task for the teenagers away from there mobile devices, at least for a short while. :)

We agree that a dishwasher would be a useful addition to the kitchen, but it simply isn't big enough to fit one in, and retain a sufficient level of storage.
